Small rooms, small and slow elevators. Zero value for money. Staff is co-operative but rest everything was not up to the mark. At the same or lesser price, much better properties were available. Breakfast was also not upto the mark.

Great service, very friendly people and very helpful towards us. Restaurant is good (great local wines). Staff was very fast in following up in questions for help in organizing tours, drivers and reserving restaurants

The breakfast was reasonably priced and delicious! So much selection. The room was big, spotlessly clean and the bed was really comfortable. I had a great night sleep. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in other five star hotels in Beirut and this is the only one where I felt the service was 5 star. The hotel accepted credit cards which is great as many hotels in Lebanon do not because of the banking crisis.
